Request Account Deletion
You can delete your Torque Bikes account and all associated data at any time, whether or not you currently use the app. You do not need to log in to submit this request.
Option 1: From inside the app (if your account still works)
Open the Torque Bikes app → Profile → Account → Permanently Delete Account, and follow the confirmation steps.
Option 2: Without logging in or using the app
Email info@torquebikes.sa from the email address or phone number registered on your account, stating that you want your account deleted. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
What gets deleted
Once your request is processed, your personal account data — including name, phone number/email, profile photo, listings, and messages — is permanently deleted within 30 days of the request. We may retain financial transaction records for as long as required under Saudi law for accounting and tax purposes, and anonymized statistics for service improvement.
