Terms of Use

By using the Torque Bikes app or website ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform immediately.

Torque Bikes Establishment reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older — the legal age for holding a full driving license in Saudi Arabia
• Be legally capable of entering binding contracts under the laws of Saudi Arabia
• Not have a previously suspended or deleted account due to a Terms violation

• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential
• You may not share your account with anyone else
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Only one account per user is permitted; creating multiple accounts is a violation

Users are prohibited from:

• Posting abusive, defamatory, racist, or otherwise offensive content
• Harassing, threatening, or harming other users
• Using the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
• Infringing on any party's intellectual property rights
• Attempting to hack the Platform or gain unauthorized access to its systems
• Using automated tools or bots to scrape data or post listings
• Contacting users outside the Platform to circumvent its policies

Torque Bikes is solely an intermediary platform and is not a party to any sale or purchase transaction between users. We are not responsible for:

• The quality of motorcycles listed for sale or whether they match their description
• Any disputes arising between buyer and seller
• Payment or delivery arrangements made outside the Platform
• Any financial losses resulting from transactions between users

We strongly recommend inspecting the motorcycle in person and completing official ownership-transfer procedures before finalizing any deal.

The Platform offers the option to upgrade listings to featured status for a fee. Fees are non-refundable once the featured listing is activated, except in cases of a technical error on our part. The Platform reserves the right to remove any featured listing that violates these Terms without a refund.

• All Platform content (logo, design, source code) is the exclusive property of Torque Bikes
• No content from the Platform may be copied or reused without prior written permission
• By posting photos or content on the Platform, you grant us the right to use it for operating and promoting the Platform
• You warrant that you own the rights to the photos and content you post

Torque Bikes reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the following cases:

• Violation of any of these Terms
• Posting misleading or fraudulent content
• Receiving multiple complaints from other users
• Any activity that endangers the safety of the Platform or its users

If your account is deleted by us due to a Terms violation, you may not create a new account without prior authorization.

The Platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. Torque Bikes does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Torque Bikes will not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will first be sought through our support team. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be referred to the competent judicial authorities in Saudi Arabia.

• If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• Our failure to enforce any provision at a given time does not constitute a waiver of it
• Your rights or obligations under these Terms may not be transferred to another party
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Torque Bikes
